You must be at least 13 years old to use larp.li. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@larp.li if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

You retain ownership of content you post on larp.li. By posting content, you grant larp.li a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice and without liability.
All purchases (Premium, Custom Badge, Image Host, Rich Badge) are one-time lifetime payments processed through our payment provider. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@larp.li within 14 days of the transaction.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your public profile will be removed.
larp.li is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, larp.li and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to larp.li in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
